Customer service is very important. It sets the atmosphere that could make or break a relationship even if it's short term. When we are spending our hard earned money in people's business we need to have real and true customer service. Great customer service = A Great and thriving business!!!!!

I totally agree! However, we as a whole must come to that same conclusion. In order for businesses that demonstrates poor customer service to really gain understanding they must see it hurt their bottom line.
